Structural Engineer – Metal & Façade Design

About the role

The Engineer will join Arch‑Con’s technical team in Tbilisi, working full‑time in a hybrid model. The role focuses on designing metal structures and aluminium façade systems for complex construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design metal constructions and aluminium façade systems using engineering principles.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and structural calculations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and client requirements.
• Review project plans, support documentation, and participate in site visits as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and engineering workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Structural or related engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards and construction regulations.
• Experience in structural or façade engineering is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit or similar BIM tools.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and calculations.
