About the role

Language LAB, a multilingual language school in Tbilisi, is seeking a part‑time Spanish Teacher to deliver engaging group and individual lessons. The role focuses on developing students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills through communicative, learner‑centered methods.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels.
  • Deliver interactive classes that develop speaking, listening, reading and writing abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain an inclusive, motivating classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and enhance instructional quality.

Required profile

  • Near‑native or native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Relevant teaching certification or a degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience teaching in a language school or similar setting (advantageous).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality and reliability for on‑site teaching in Tbilisi.
