Social Media Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Social Media Lead to own and grow CXM’s global social presence across organic and paid channels. Reporting to the CMO, you will combine strategy, execution, performance optimisation, community management, and team leadership in a fully remote, European‑time‑zone environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with broader marketing goals.
• Consolidate regional Facebook pages into a single global page within 90 days.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms, while managing budgets across markets.
• Coordinate content calendars, schedule posts, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor sentiment, manage community interactions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Produce regular performance reports, turn data into actionable insights, and track competitor activity.
• Collaborate with design, content, regional marketing, support, and compliance teams.
• Coach and support local social media managers, establishing standards and scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a global or multi‑market brand.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with paid social, especially Meta Ads.
• Deep understanding of organic social, content strategy, and community management.
• Ability to work autonomously while leading a distributed team.
