Service Center Manager

About the role

Scoot Scoot is expanding its network with a new store and service centre in Tbilisi. We are looking for a motivated Service Center Manager to lead the branch, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive sales and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all employees working at the branch.
• Monitor service operations and sales processes to meet targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including technical equipment, consumables, product displays, storage, and visual cleanliness.
• Control warehouse activities and maintain accurate inventory.
• Supervise the sales process, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Manage the technical team, guaranteeing quality and timely completion of service work.
• Handle the full warranty cycle and act as liaison between customers and technicians.
• Keep the team updated on product assortment, promotions, and required product knowledge.
• Analyze performance data, plan staff training, and improve service quality.
• Negotiate with dissatisfied customers and resolve sales or service issues.
• Drive growth in product and service sales to achieve branch targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and energetic.
• Excellent team‑management and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, with solid planning and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with 1C software (advantage).
• Good knowledge of English and/or Russian.
