Senior Valuation Consultant – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Valuation Consultant to join its Advisory team in Tbilisi. The role involves delivering high‑quality valuation engagements across multiple industries, supporting clients with rigorous financial analysis and clear, actionable advice.

Key responsibilities

• Apply valuation methodologies to businesses, assets and financial instruments.
• Prepare, review and enhance financial models and valuation calculations.
• Conduct client, industry, market and comparable‑company research.
• Draft valuation reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate findings professionally.
• Assist in proposal development, pitch materials and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit or financial advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA or CPA (or progress toward them) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
