Senior Technical Support Specialist – FinTech & Open Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join Noda, our fast‑growing open‑banking payment platform serving the European market. You will act as the primary technical liaison for merchants, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure stable payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist merchants during integration with Noda’s payment solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and payment‑related incidents using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
• Diagnose root causes, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, and maintain incident documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of payment flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, integration guides, and knowledge bases.
• Participate in integration testing and quality‑control processes.
• Mentor junior team members and raise support standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical, integration, or payment support.
• Background in FinTech, PSPs, or open‑banking products.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and client‑server architecture.
• Knowledge of payment flow architectures.
• Experience with log and monitoring tools such as Kibana.
• Familiarity with incident‑management processes, SLA/SLO principles.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
