Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

TradingView is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help scale its global financial analysis platform. You will own the reliability of both frontend and backend services, ensuring high availability for millions of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate production incidents, drive resolution, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for assigned services.
• Define, maintain, and track SLI/SLOs and SLA compliance.
• Implement availability requirements and close gaps in monitoring to reduce detection and recovery times.
• Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and service‑recovery procedures.
• Analyze service performance, resource utilization, and capacity risks.
• Automate diagnostics, incident response, and operational workflows.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support complex cross‑service incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SRE, Reliability Engineer, Production or Operations Engineer.
• Hands‑on incident investigation and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
• Understanding of distributed systems, high‑load environments, and error‑budget concepts.
