About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team in Tbilisi. The role involves driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the automotive segment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior sales roles, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
- Result‑oriented with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary plus performance‑based bonuses.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00.
- Office located in central Tbilisi (Beliashvili Street, No. 145).
