About the role
The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Data Analyst supports the Global Corporate Real Estate organization by turning complex portfolio, financial, occupancy, lease, project, facilities, workplace, sustainability, and employee data into accurate reporting, actionable insights, and decision‑support materials.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, reconcile, validate, manipulate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external systems.
- Maintain data standards, definitions, ownership, validation procedures, business rules, quality controls, and documentation across corporate real estate data sources.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, scenario models, business cases, and executive presentations to support portfolio optimization and strategic decisions.
- Build and continuously enhance centralized reporting tools, analytical platforms, and data pipelines.
- Identify, prioritize, test, and implement AI use cases for document analysis, lease abstraction, forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations, executive presentations, and storytelling visualizations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, finance, real estate, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, technology, corporate real estate, finance, or a related discipline.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, data modeling, scenario analysis).
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, master data, business definitions, controls, validation, and ownership.
- Professional experience using artificial intelligence or generative AI tools with responsible‑use considerations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project‑management, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
