Senior QA Engineer – Data Testing

About the role

Lineate is looking for a Senior QA Engineer specialized in data testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our backend and data pipelines. You will work with cutting‑edge AI‑driven solutions across FinTech, HealthTech, and AdTech domains, validating complex data flows and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing of data and backend components.
• Test APIs and verify data‑processing accuracy.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and outputs.
• Test AWS‑based solutions using S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Conduct frontend UI validation and support UI test automation.
• Use Claude Code or similar AI‑assisted tools to develop and maintain test suites.

Required profile

• 6+ years of commercial QA experience.
• Hands‑on experience testing data and backend systems.
• Proven ability to validate data quality, transformations, and outputs.
• Practical experience with AWS services listed above.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, especially Playwright and TypeScript.
