Senior QA Automation Engineer (Python)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong Python expertise to ensure the quality of our backend services. You will work closely with development and operations teams to design, implement and maintain automated tests for APIs, micro‑services and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases and related documentation.
• Identify, document and track defects using a bug‑tracking system.
• Write and execute automated API tests for RESTful and gRPC services.
• Analyse backend service logs and test results to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including TechOps, to implement quality‑management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in test automation.
• Strong focus on backend testing and experience with client‑server or microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning fundamentals is a plus.
