Senior Product Designer

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its global donation platform. Working remotely within a cross‑functional squad, you will tackle complex UX architecture challenges that span B2B admin tools and consumer‑facing checkout flows, directly influencing conversion rates and fundraising outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end product design, collaborating with product owners, engineers and analysts to turn ambiguous problems into polished, shipped solutions.
• Make data‑informed design decisions by partnering with UX research and analytics teams to formulate hypotheses, run tests and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Ensure consistency across portals, widgets, donor and partner interfaces while managing technical dependencies.
• Leverage AI tools as a standard part of the design workflow to accelerate ideation and production.
• Own a specific product domain within the platform while contributing to the broader ecosystem strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise‑grade SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes for both B2B and B2C experiences.
• Ability to think systemically, balancing user empathy with business logic and technical constraints.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams and communicating effectively across cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing and data‑driven design iteration.
• Understanding of front‑end implementation constraints (HTML/CSS, responsive design).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design workflows.
