Interior Designer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Interior Designer will join ABI Group’s Tbilisi office, working full‑time on residential and commercial projects. Collaborating with architects, engineers and project managers, you will develop design concepts from initial brief through to final installation.

Key responsibilities

• Create interior layouts, mood boards and select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures and lighting.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, FF&E specifications and documentation for permitting and implementation.
• Coordinate with construction teams, conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements, present proposals, incorporate feedback and support the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Experience on residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Strong visual and technical communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3‑D modeling tools.
• Expertise in FF&E selection, specification and coordination.
• Ability to develop construction drawings and related documentation.
