Senior Group Product Manager

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to lead one of its Core Product domains. You will oversee a team of Product Managers, drive measurable business outcomes, and ensure predictable execution across multiple product areas within a global fundraising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, handling performance management and career growth.
• Own business outcomes for the domain, including conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, and reliability.
• Ensure execution quality, roadmap coherence, and delivery predictability across product areas.
• Align cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Operations.
• Provide portfolio visibility, execution governance, and risk management.
• Drive hiring, organizational scaling, and product‑management excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product leader managing multiple product managers.
• Strong track record of delivering business results and improving execution quality.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching, and performance‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Ability to work remotely with core hours 9:00–18:00 CET.
