Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer (Incubator Team)

About the role

As a Senior Full‑Stack AI Engineer on the Incubator Team, you will create end‑to‑end AI‑powered tools that let users converse with intelligent agents, analyse data, run audits and generate structured reports. The role blends full‑stack development, deep third‑party integration and LLM pipeline engineering, all delivered remotely for agency and advertiser clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complete products: React/TypeScript front‑ends, serverless Node.js back‑ends, database schemas and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop the integration layer for dozens of external APIs, handling authentication, rate‑limits, data normalization and graceful degradation.
• Engineer multi‑step LLM pipelines, including prompt versioning, streaming responses and structured output extraction.
• Own database architecture, including schema design, access control, stored procedures and real‑time subscriptions.
• Extend products to web, mobile, embedded widgets (HubSpot, Slack) and AI assistant marketplaces.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a track record of shipping complete products.
• Proven deep‑integration experience building robust abstractions over messy third‑party APIs.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in LLM/AI systems engineering, prompt design and multi‑step pipelines.
• Solid database design skills and fluency with real‑time data mechanisms.
• Self‑starter attitude; hustle and initiative valued over formal credentials.
