Senior Data Engineer, AI

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with AI expertise to design and implement intelligent AI workflows that integrate models, prompts, enterprise data, and business logic into reliable, production‑ready solutions. You will work remotely from anywhere in Georgia, collaborating closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to deliver secure, transparent, and compliant AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build AI workflows that combine models, prompts, data, tools, and business logic.
• Create and maintain prompt‑engineering pipelines, including versioning, testing, and optimization.
• Develop and operate production‑grade AI deployment pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Embed AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Implement guardrails to ensure secure, transparent, and compliant AI behavior.
• Monitor AI services for performance, drift, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Establish change‑control, versioning, rollback, and release management processes.
• Partner with data scientists and business experts to validate model outputs and translate experiments into production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong engineering foundation with applied AI expertise.
• Proven ability to design AI workflows that merge models, prompts, and enterprise data.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise data ecosystems.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
