Senior Backend Engineer II

About the role

Tabby is building an internal AI agent platform to power automation across the business. As a Senior Backend Engineer II you will help design and implement the core services that enable large‑scale AI‑driven workflows, working with cutting‑edge LLM and agent technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend microservices for the AI agent ecosystem using Go and Python.
• Integrate large language model (LLM) features and agent‑centric architectures into core internal tools.
• Build scalable, high‑load systems leveraging PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with a distributed remote engineering team to define architecture, choose technologies and ensure reliability.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and contribute to internal automation, CRM and instrumentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of professional Go development and 2 years of Python development.
• Strong experience with distributed, high‑throughput systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and ability to work independently.
