AI Success Strategist

About the role

Zendesk is looking for an AI Success Strategist to lead the strategic adoption of its AI‑powered Resolution Platform. You will partner with customers from day one, shaping long‑term AI roadmaps, driving business impact, and ensuring sustainable growth of AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps, translating product capabilities into clear business strategies.
• Serve as the design authority for AI deployments, leading solution design reviews and coordinating with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
• Co‑create and refine a forward‑looking AI vision with executive stakeholders, acting as the primary AI thought leader.
• Align internal cross‑functional teams (Product, Services, Sales, Partners) to execute the AI roadmap and mitigate risks.
• Drive measurable outcomes such as higher customer satisfaction, increased automated resolution usage, and improved retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex AI or SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to build executive partnerships and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track record of delivering quantifiable commercial outcomes (renewals, expansion, revenue growth).
