Security Project Manager

About the role

The Security Project Manager will lead the delivery of security‑related initiatives across Flutter CEE, ensuring projects are scoped, governed and reported within the CIO delivery model. You will work closely with IS Security, Architecture, CTO product teams and business stakeholders to turn security requirements into concrete, measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day project management for security initiatives, creating plans, milestones, RAID logs and status reports.
• Ensure each initiative has clear scope, sponsor, delivery owner, acceptance criteria and reporting cadence.
• Apply appropriate delivery methods (agile, waterfall or hybrid) based on size, risk and complexity.
• Maintain governance compliance, track decisions, approvals and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, manage expectations and provide timely updates on risks, issues and decisions.
• Drive operational readiness, handover to support teams and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably with security‑focused projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed environments involving technology, security, operations and product teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking and escalation processes.
