About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of building projects, from pre‑construction planning through construction and handover. Reporting to the client, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project cycle (Pre‑Construction, Construction, Handover) for client‑side projects.
• Plan, organise and control work processes to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Define operational plans, monitor progress and produce regular progress reports.
• Coordinate communication among client, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and brand representatives.
• Organise site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up decisions.
• Oversee design, architectural, engineering and interior consultants and ensure their deliverables align with brand requirements.
• Control compliance of construction work with approved IFC drawings and technical documentation.
• Manage contract documents such as Engineers Instructions, Variation Orders, RFIs, NCRs and Method Statements.
• Plan site visits, conduct inspections and enforce quality control.
• Review, approve and archive documentation from contractors and consultants.
• Maintain document control processes in line with international standards, including shop drawings, material submittals and as‑built drawings.
• Monitor project budget, schedule and risk, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Lead internal project team (PM Assistant, Document Control, Coordinators) and standardise internal procedures.
• Coordinate the pre‑opening/handover phase and ensure proper project close‑out.

Required profile

• University degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture or Project Management.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing full‑cycle construction projects, preferably in a client‑side role.
• Proven ability to handle international construction contracts and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, quality inspection and risk management.

Required skills

• Construction contract administration (RFIs, Variation Orders, NCRs, Method Statements).
• Project scheduling and budgeting.
• Quality control and inspection.
• Document control and management of shop drawings, material submittals and as‑built records.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams.
