Sales Officer, Office Administrator & Client Relations Officer (Tbilisi)

About the role

Caucasus Translations is expanding and seeks energetic professionals to join its Tbilisi office. The company needs a Sales Officer to attract new clients, an Office Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly, and a Client Relations Officer to manage communication with private and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through phone, email and face‑to‑face outreach (Sales Officer).
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients (Client Relations Officer).
• Handle client inquiries, provide solutions and ensure timely follow‑up (Client Relations Officer).
• Organise office workflow, manage documentation and support team members (Office Administrator).
• Prepare reports, coordinate meetings and assist with administrative tasks (Office Administrator).

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, office administration or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Georgian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
