About the role

We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for the premium Tonino Lamborghini Tower residential project in Batumi. Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to potential clients and deliver flawless project presentations.
• Manage the entire sales process from first contact to successful closing.
• Organise meetings, presentations and on‑site project viewings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and management in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Continuously analyse market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Uphold high standards of service and brand values.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and sales abilities.
• Effective communication and client‑oriented approach.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
