Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Sales Consultant to join TEMPO’s fast‑growing international sales team in Batumi, Georgia. You will guide international clients through the entire property purchasing journey, from the first inquiry to the final sale, while representing one of the most dynamic real‑estate brands in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients in English via phone, email, WhatsApp and in‑person meetings.
• Present TEMPO’s residential projects professionally and confidently.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Manage sales opportunities through the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, legal and after‑sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, banking, luxury retail or real estate is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑driven.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
