Retention Agent – Dutch, German or Japanese Market (Tbilisi)

About the role

We are expanding our international operations in Tbilisi and are looking for experienced Retention Agents to support our Dutch, German and Japanese markets. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities within the FX, CFD and crypto sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Maximize client retention and increase lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services.
• Provide professional support while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retention experience in the FX, CFD or crypto industry.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, German or Japanese, depending on the position.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Results‑driven with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
