Retail Planning Coordinator – Fixed-Term (1 Year)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Planning Coordinator to join our team in Tbilisi on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for planning product allocations, building store assortments and supporting traffic‑counting projects across our European retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage product allocations for retail locations and develop assortment plans for new stores.
• Create, maintain and optimise store assortments using a dedicated planogram tool.
• Analyse assortment performance, monitor KPIs and continuously improve planning strategies.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations and Management teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate foot‑fall counting projects, schedule external service providers and brief field personnel.
• Provide real‑time operational support during counting shifts and monitor field team coverage.
• Collect, validate and consolidate traffic count results, prepare standardized reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for retail planning and location analysis.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in retail planning, merchandising, operations, supply chain or business analytics is a plus.
