About the role

The Reporting and Analysis Expert will support the Back‑Office Operations Management Department by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Process and analyse daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports.
• Collect, structure and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Prepare conclusions and recommendations based on analysed information.
• Share analytical results with department, centre and division leaders, regional managers and other stakeholders.
• Calculate and assess resources required for transaction execution and produce related analysis.
• Evaluate operational process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate actively in automation and optimisation initiatives.
• Assess the impact of implemented automations and process changes.
• Contribute to Agile transformation and KPI definition processes.
• Identify risks early and initiate appropriate responses.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of analysis results to interested parties.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, economics, finance or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and good organisational skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork and feedback skills.
• Interest in AI tools and modern technologies.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word.
• Good command of English.
