About the role

Yuvna Realty is launching its operations in Georgia and is looking for dynamic, ambitious sales professionals to join the team as Real Estate Sales Agents in Tbilisi and Batumi. You will be part of a startup environment, helping to build a new business from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Utilize provided marketing support and qualified leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve successful transactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for real estate and a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and eager to contribute to business growth.
• Fluency in English and Georgian is mandatory.
