About the role

The instructors in the Real Estate ecosystem are responsible for instruction of students online. Instructors use company‑provided content and course materials to teach pre‑licensing, continuing education, and post‑licensing courses, helping students understand material through insightful lessons, real‑world examples, and answering questions.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the provided course plan.
• Actively engage with students online.
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology for online instruction.
• Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum, ad‑hoc meetings, and trainings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active Georgia state real estate license (salesperson or broker).
• Georgia Real Estate Instructor license.
• Previous instruction or training experience.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection.
• Schedule flexibility.
• DREI certification preferred.
