Quality Engineer – Mobile Apps (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to ensure the high quality, reliability and smooth performance of our mobile educational games. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with developers, product owners and designers to deliver a seamless experience for children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual functional, regression, performance and distribution testing on iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets) across multiple OS versions.
• Validate A/B testing setups and feature variants for different user segments.
• Document, track and manage bugs throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear reproduction steps.
• Review product specifications early to identify edge cases and usability issues.
• Verify app performance metrics such as frame rates, audio sync and UI responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Continuously improve QA processes, testing tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software QA experience, primarily on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Fluent in English and Georgian with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive approach to quality risks.
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
