About the role
Magnet Forensics is seeking a Product Management Lead to own the strategy and delivery of AI‑agentic experiences across its digital forensics and incident response portfolio. The role will translate fast‑moving AI capabilities into trusted, production‑grade products that help investigators work more efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap and success metrics for agentic AI features across the Magnet One platform.
- Design, build and ship AI‑native agents, copilots, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, and reasoning tools that meet forensic‑grade reliability and explainability.
- Implement governance controls such as output verification, reversibility, escalation paths and audit trails to ensure trustworthy autonomy.
- Lead activation, onboarding and adoption programs to drive habitual use and measurable value for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science and go‑to‑market teams to align product development with market needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience building agentic or AI‑driven product experiences at scale.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a data‑focused mindset on adoption, growth and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of governance, security and compliance requirements in high‑trust environments.
Required skills
- Product management of AI‑native solutions.
- Design of human‑in‑the‑loop and autonomous workflows.
- Collaboration with cross‑functional technical teams.
