PMO Team Manager – Studio Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Team Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new studios and renovations. You will own the full delivery process, ensuring all project dependencies are completed on time and studio go‑live dates are met without delays.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage R&D and Tech Ops Team Leads, providing direction, coaching and performance management.
• Set priorities, resource allocation and headcount plans for R&D and Tech Ops in line with the studio delivery roadmap.
• Own the studio delivery roadmap for new studios and renovations, allocating resources across design, construction, decoration, equipment development, technology installation and commissioning.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, monitor compliance with operational, technical, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with Construction, Video, external designers, contractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, timelines, risk registers and progress reports.
• Optimize delivery processes, identify efficiency opportunities and control costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a project‑delivery environment.
• Strong track record of managing complex budgets and timelines.
• Ability to resolve dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as primary point of contact among R&D, Tech Ops, Construction, Video and external stakeholders.
