About the role

The Personal Banker will join TBC Bank’s retail team in Tbilisi, focusing on acquiring new clients, deepening relationships with existing customers, and promoting the bank’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the acquisition of new clients.
• Increase usage of existing clients' banking products.
• Provide consultation on any bank product to portfolio clients.
• Inform prospective clients about new products and updates.
• Create and continuously update comprehensive client profiles.
• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve service‑related issues for prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
