Partner Account Manager (Spanish/Russian)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/Russian) Partner Account Manager to join our Content Department. You will work remotely, onboarding new hosts, managing affiliate partnerships, and driving growth for our social discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new content creators, guide them through platform setup and best practices.
• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels for host recruitment.
• Launch and optimise acquisition initiatives in collaboration with partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners, supporting them to improve content quality and scale their teams.
• Monitor performance metrics (conversion, revenue, engagement) and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Design and evaluate promotional mechanics such as bonuses, contests, and incentives.

Required profile

• English B2+, Russian C1+, Spanish B2+ language proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in content, affiliate, partnership, or creator management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
