Part-time Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Borbalo is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring on a part‑time basis. You will shape sourcing strategies, build university pipelines, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both core staff and niche technical contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for technical specialists, project‑based contractors and junior talent from Georgian universities.
• Design and execute targeted outreach across global contractor platforms, specialized technical communities and local ecosystems.
• Partner with hiring managers to create role scorecards, manage interview logistics, consolidate feedback and negotiate offers.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent funnels with universities such as FreeUni, BTU, KIU, TSU, CU and BSU.
• Maintain the ATS, track hiring metrics and provide monthly updates to leadership.
• Author self‑serve onboarding documentation and keep contractor paperwork streamlined.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering domains.
• Strong ability to build relationships with university career services and local tech communities.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills for outreach and job descriptions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking hiring KPIs.
