Middle SMM Manager

About the role

GR8_TECH is looking for a Middle SMM Manager to own and scale its external social presence across two key growth vectors. You will amplify industry authority, drive B2B engagement for Bet It Drives Media, and position senior executives as thought leaders on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social strategies for Bet It Drives Media on LinkedIn and Instagram, creating platform‑native content and tracking performance metrics.
• Manage personal LinkedIn profiles for two C‑level executives, producing up to eight high‑impact posts per month and growing their Social Selling Index and follower base.
• Write compelling English copy, collaborate with designers and video editors, and maintain synchronized content calendars across all streams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on social media management and copywriting experience.
• Proven success with organic LinkedIn strategies and Instagram account growth.
• Experience working directly with senior executives to extract insights and write in an executive voice.
