Operational Auditor – Retail Operations

About the role

The Operational Auditor will ensure the quality, transparency and compliance of retail, warehouse, service and e‑commerce processes across our Apple Premium Reseller network. Working closely with operational teams, you will identify risks, detect deviations from standards and propose practical improvements to reduce losses and boost sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site and remote audits of retail outlets, checking cash discipline, discount handling, manual operations and loyalty programmes.
• Audit inventory management, warehouse balances, goods re‑sorting and movement documentation.
• Review e‑commerce procedures including order processing, cancellations, returns and logistics.
• Verify warranty case handling, compensation, repair quality and associated costs.
• Detect procedural violations, potential fraud and assess key operational risks.
• Prepare audit reports within agreed timelines and monitor corrective actions taken by local teams.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in operational auditing, internal control, retail or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail processes, goods movement and warehouse logistics; experience in purchasing, service or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and persistence in conducting checks.
• Good communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Willingness to travel across assigned countries.
• English at B1 level or higher is advantageous.

• Proficiency with 1C ERP system.
