On‑Demand Country Manager – Georgia

About the role

Glovo is looking for an On‑Demand Country Manager to lead the growth of its On‑Demand vertical in Georgia. You will be responsible for expanding the business that enables partners to fulfill orders from their own channels using Glovo’s delivery fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for On‑Demand in Georgia, including pricing, pitch, and operational SLAs.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to upsell On‑Demand services to existing Glovo partners (restaurants, groceries, retailers).
• Build a sales pipeline, conduct consultative sales, prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities beyond Glovo’s marketplace.
• Manage a small commercial team of 1‑3 people.
• Work closely with the On‑Demand headquarters in Barcelona, providing feedback to improve product, operations, and commercial processes.
• Oversee P&L management, pricing strategy, implementation costs and ensure continuous profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in GTM, general management, account management, business consultancy, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent project‑management, organizational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Customer‑focused with strong commercial acumen and the ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth start‑up environment.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.
