Onboarding Specialist – Remote (NY Time Zone)

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide doctors and other healthcare professionals through a seamless onboarding experience. Working remotely from the Republic of Georgia on a New York time zone schedule, you will ensure new hires have all the documentation and support they need to start their roles confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for doctors joining U.S. healthcare organizations.
• Manage documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition experience.
• Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to optimize onboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Supportive, solution‑focused attitude when assisting new hires.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
