About the role
The Monitoring Manager will oversee the quality of work performed at various sites, ensuring that cleaning and interior finishing tasks meet the company’s standards. This position supports the logistics department by guaranteeing that completed works remain intact and that any delays are promptly addressed.
Key responsibilities
- Control the quality of completed works on site.
- Monitor ongoing and finished tasks related to cleaning, flooring, furniture, and other interior works.
- Maintain order at the site to prevent damage to already finished work.
- Assist contractors when necessary to keep processes on track.
- Identify reasons for process delays and communicate with responsible parties.
Required profile
- Higher education is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, renovation, or facility management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Experience in monitoring processes and quality control is desirable.
- Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
