Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Marketing Manager you will own the marketing strategy for both sides of FlowMarket’s AI‑driven B2B sourcing platform – the industrial buyers and the supplier community. You will work directly with the CEO and help shape the company’s growth in the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging tailored for buyers and suppliers.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, newsletters, the website and case studies.
• Plan, execute and evaluate acquisition campaigns including SEO, paid media, outbound support and events.
• Coordinate joint‑marketing initiatives with directory and platform partners.
• Track and report on sign‑ups, matches and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a startup or scale‑up.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience targeting industrial or long‑cycle B2B audiences.
• Hands‑on ability to produce content, run campaigns and analyse results.
• Familiarity with marketplaces, procurement, manufacturing or B2B SaaS is a plus.
