About the role

The Lead System Analyst/Developer will work hands‑on with the Care Management HIP application, handling configuration and supporting production issues. The role requires strong backend expertise and a solid understanding of the healthcare domain.

Analyzing the Care Management HIP application.
Performing required configuration work.
Participating in production support triage as needed.

Required profile

10–15 years of experience (B.Tech required).
Strong knowledge of Java and backend development.
Understanding of healthcare domain and care management systems.
Analytical skills and data analysis capability.
