Lead Site Reliability Engineer – Imunify Reliability Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of the Imunify360 security platform. This remote‑only position will define, implement and evolve service level indicators (SLIs) and objectives (SLOs) for dozens of components across both cloud services and agent‑side subsystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define what “working” means for ~70 platform components and establish measurable SLIs.
• Collaborate with squad leads to sign off on SLIs and attach SLOs, error budgets, and ownership.
• Design and build a taxonomy covering service, fleet, control‑efficacy, delivery, and pipeline SLIs.
• Implement a collection system and pipelines to gather telemetry from outside each component.
• Enforce a non‑negotiable design rule that SLIs must be observable even when a control is disabled.
• Drive the adoption of SRE practices, paging culture, and error‑budget management across engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading reliability initiatives in complex, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of SLI/SLO definition, error budgeting, and incident response.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate standards and drive adoption.
