About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our insurance team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with corporate clients, driving sales growth and representing our brand in the B2B market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and acquire potential corporate clients, establishing lasting partnerships.
• Lead negotiations with clients, focusing on increasing sales volumes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Detect additional client requirements and collaborate with internal departments to develop new proposals.
• Keep clients updated on new products and ongoing changes.
• Participate in tender processes and ensure compliance.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance results.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and technical insurance teams.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within insurance or finance.
• Proven experience negotiating with corporate clients.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, responsible and capable of effective time management.
