About the role

The Logistics Department of TBC Bank is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contractual agreements. You will ensure contracts are prepared, negotiated, monitored, and administered efficiently while minimizing risk and protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support and conduct negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce contractual terms.
• Manage risk related to contractual obligations and safeguard company interests.
• Organize and control the procurement process, including documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Higher education in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of office software and willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
