Junior UI/UX Designer (Figma & AI) – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a junior UI/UX Designer who lives in Figma, leverages AI tools daily, and helps shape our consumer‑focused mobile and web products. The position is fully remote and full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive screens and flows for mobile and web applications using Figma.
• Transform briefs and product ideas into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Maintain and extend the design system – components, variants, auto‑layout and design tokens.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to generate concepts, copy, imagery and to accelerate prototyping.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to hand off pixel‑accurate designs and iterate based on feedback and user testing.
• Improve landing pages, onboarding flows, in‑app screens and marketing assets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of UI/UX experience (internships, freelance or personal projects) with a portfolio.
• Very strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto‑layout and prototyping.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals such as hierarchy, spacing, typography, colour and accessibility.
• Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI) and ability to prompt them effectively.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• High attention to detail and genuine interest in how people use products.
