Junior Partner Account Manager (Spanish, English & Russian)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Junior Partner Account Manager fluent in Spanish, Russian and English to join its Content Sufficiency team. You will work remotely, supporting partners and driving quality improvements across our social discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution and result control.
• Analyze statistics, reports and partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of partner‑related processes, tools and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (C1+), English (B1+).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience negotiating and working with contractors, partners and handling claims.
• Confident working with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
