Junior Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Ratehawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to support regional marketing initiatives and help expand the brand’s presence across multiple markets. This remote position is open to candidates residing in CIS, LATAM or South‑East Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of regional marketing activities in assigned markets.
• Adapt global campaigns to ensure local relevance and commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to align marketing support with market priorities.
• Coordinate execution of campaigns across email, digital, content, social media and events.
• Assist with destination marketing campaigns using customer and market insights.
• Support regional brand‑building initiatives while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Content, Digital and other teams to bring regional initiatives to life.

Required profile

• Approximately 1 year of experience in regional, integrated, brand or B2B marketing.
• Proactive, dependable, action‑oriented and results‑focused.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑changing environment.
• Good understanding of core marketing channels and how they work together.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and campaign metrics.
• International mindset, able to collaborate across cultural contexts.
• Detail‑oriented with a growth mindset.
