Junior Brand Manager (SOLO & Wealth Management)

About the role

The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to lead the SOLO and Wealth Management (WM) brands. You will focus on high‑income customers, shaping products and marketing initiatives that match their premium expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and translate them into existing product enhancements or new product concepts together with the team.
• Select and plan communication channels (online and offline) that are most relevant for the target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, execute tactical and strategic growth projects, and report monthly results.
• Collaborate with all marketing colleagues and broader bank teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Continuously develop and create touch‑points for specific customer segments.
• Produce and manage content in partnership with the creative team.
• Coordinate with external agencies as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, product, communications or brand management.
• Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify customer needs through research.
• Growth‑oriented, capable of planning and executing campaigns.
