Investor Relations Officer

About the role

Basisbank is looking for a motivated finance professional to join its Capital Markets & Investor Relations team as an Investor Relations Officer. The role will support the bank’s communication with investors, rating agencies, and other market participants, and will contribute to the development of a newly formed function within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update quarterly investor presentations, reports, press releases and management updates.
• Maintain regular communication with investors, bondholders, rating agencies and international financial institutions.
• Draft and finalize the bank’s annual and semi‑annual reports, coordinating internal inputs.
• Update the Investor Relations webpage and public disclosure materials.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior management and the Supervisory Board.
• Support capital markets and funding initiatives, including material preparation for roadshows and due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, capital markets, corporate finance, audit or consulting.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, banking indicators and key performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to meet deadlines.
