International Client Success & Account Manager (On‑site, Tbilisi)

About the role

Social Boost, a British Instagram marketing agency, is seeking an International Client Success & Account Manager to work on‑site in Vake, Tbilisi. You will be the primary point of contact for English‑speaking clients, guiding them through onboarding, campaign strategy, and ongoing support to ensure a strong overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international clients via email, phone, and Google Meet.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and explain campaign mechanics.
• Handle progress reviews, strategy discussions, retention efforts, and problem‑solving conversations.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Advise clients on Instagram growth tactics, targeting, and overall strategy.
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their goals, present services, and recommend suitable options.

Required profile

• Professional experience communicating directly with English‑speaking customers from markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
• Strong spoken and written English (C1/C2 level).
• Background in customer success, account management, client services, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys client interaction.

Required skills

• Instagram platform familiarity.
• Google Meet for virtual meetings.

• Base salary of $700 per month.
• Performance bonuses, with an average total compensation around $1,000 per month.
